Multicap offers a number of comprehensive Day and Post School Services at our Aspley, Eight Mile Plains, Mt Ommaney, Petrie, Nudgee, and Kuraby sites including

• Community linking and participation
• Work skills
• Independent living skills
• Recreation and leisure
• Adult education
• Religion/Culture.

Our Day and Post School Services programs are funded by both Post School Services Funding and Government Block Funding and focus on working alongside individuals to achieve specfic outcomes.  Specific fees and charges, and eligibility criteria apply to each of our Multicap Services.

Across all our Multicap services our staff adopt a person centred approach to develop individualised program plans that focus on physical, emotional, and cognitive needs. A Person Centred Planning Framework is used to encourage both client and family involvement and participation in delivery responses. Multicap incorporates a Case Management system to facilitate Individual Program Plans.

Multicap's Day and Post School Services operate approximately 48 weeks of the year and are open for business 9.00am to 3.00pm each Monday to Friday.
