2019/2010 Customer Fee Update

Effective 1 July 2019, new customer fees will take effect for Multicap services.

All Multicap customers have been sent a letter and a copy of the new fee structure in the mail via Australia Post, so if you have not received your letter, please ask your Disability Support Worker or other Multicap staff members to arrange a duplicate for you.

This new customer fee list may affect the services that you receive so it is important that you read this information.
