Change to NDIS Price Guide 2019/20

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) has released an updated NDIS Price Guide for 2019/20 that came into effect on 1 July 2019. This means that there is an increase to the prices that registered providers, such as Multicap, may charge for NDIS services.  A summary of changes is outlined on the NDIS website here: https://www.ndis.gov.au/providers/price-guides-and-information

We will adjust our fee schedule to align with the updated price guide released by the NDIA, in line with clause 4.1 (d) of the customer Service Agreement with Multicap.  To assist in reducing the burden of additional paperwork we will not be automatically reissuing Schedules of Support with this updated information however if customers require one for any reason they can contact us on 1300 135 886.

A letter has been sent out to all our existing customers advising them of this change. We understand that the NDIA will ensure the balance of a customer's plan is adjusted in consideration of the new Price Guide. Given this understanding, customers do not need to take any action and there will be no reduction in their hours of support. Multicap will continue to provide customers with the quality services they have requested and claim against their plan and service booking.

Below is the new price structure for Multicap.
