Multicap provides direct updates to customers and their support networks/representatives on major changes to Multicap services or operations impacted by COVID-19, as necessary and appropriate.

Multicap recommends you visit the Queensland Government, New South Wales Government and Australian Government websites for all general COVID-19 news and information. 

Our preferred method of communication is via email - to update your contact details as a customer or customer representative/support network member, please speak to your Service Leader.
