Laundretto teams up with new sheet-subscription service, Sheetly

A brand new 5-star luxe linen service, Sheetly, has launched in Brisbane and Multicap is excited to announce that they have partnered with our employment enterprise, Laundretto.

A team of Laundretto supported employees and a job coach will be tasked with laundering the sheets and towels from our Capalaba and Banyo sites throughout the three-month pilot.

This innovative new business has kicked off in Brisbane recently and plans to roll out nationwide with Sydney and Melbourne next on the list.

So how does Sheetly work?

Sheetly delivers fresh sheets and fluffy white towels to subscribers’ doorsteps weekly, fortnightly or as often as they like.

Social ventures entrepreneur, Wendy Rattray, in partnership with Whitebox Enterprises, came up with the idea with outsourcing housework in mind.

“Everyone finds it a chore washing sheets, drying them and ironing them,” says Wendy, who previously worked for major corporates such as Weis Ice-cream and Lime ANZ. “Life is too short to spend so much of it doing work that can so easily be outsourced to such a convenient, well-priced and big-hearted service.

“I wanted to come up with something that would be useful to households, saving them valuable time and effort, yet could benefit a group of people who otherwise might struggle to earn a living. And Sheetly is it … a sheet subscription service that shares the love.”

You can enjoy a special offer with $25 off your first Sheetly delivery when signing up to a subscription. Use discount code: SheetlyLaundretto on checkout. Valid until 31 March 2022.
