Multicap has received vital funding to deliver the Skilling Queenslanders for Work (SQW) Initiative in Rockhampton, a program that will see 30 eligible local job seekers receive training to achieve the Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) qualification in 2019.
Multicap mourns the loss of founding member, Mr Glen Easlea
It is with great sadness that the Multicap Board of Directors and staff learn of the passing of one of their founders, Mr. Glen Easlea. Long acknowledged as one of five families responsible for the creation of what is now known as Multicap, Mr Easlea and his late wife, Gwen, worked tirelessly as part of a small and committed group of people to create The Multiple Handicapped Association of Queensland - Queensland’s first service for children with multiple disabilities.
