Risk Management

Risk for an organisation is generated as the organisation’s purpose and objectives (which can be controlled by the organisation) are pursued against uncertain internal and external influences (which it cannot totally control).

If Multicap understands our risks, how they are caused and how they can affect the organisation, we can if necessary make changes (manage the risk) so that we are more likely to achieve our purpose and objectives and may do so faster, more efficiently and with improved outcomes.

Good governance requires Multicap to find the right balance between taking risks on an informed basis, minimising undesirable risks and having confidence that Multicap can bear its level of risk in pursuing our purpose and objectives.

Multicap’s Risk Management System Summary and Risk Management Policy help achieve this.
