Rocky disco has customers glowing

Rockhampton Avegates customers are glowing!

After giving their first ‘Glow Night’ disco ‘glowing’ reviews, customers are already signed up for the next event.

Service Leader Melissa Jarred said the glow nights were ‘awesome’ with dance music and glow sticks everywhere.

“Customers were able to experience the first ever glow night with all their Avegates friends,” she said. “At these events, customers experience the use of wearing headphones, listening to their favourite music and watching the video music clips on a supersized screen. Glow night discos are a combination of karaoke and a rave party.”

For customers who prefer other music genres to what was played on the stereo, ‘silent’ headphones were available for them to listen to their own preferred music, whether that be country or ‘80s rock.

The discos are held at the Scottvale Healthclub. The next glow disco is on Friday, 3 September from 5 pm to 8pm. Activity Fee for the night is $20, including dinner and entry to the disco.

If you are interested to find out about the next disco, contact Melissa at the Multicap Rockhampton Hub.
