Taxi Subsidy Scheme (TSS) Extension for Queenslanders

The Queensland Government has announced that the Taxi Subsidy Scheme (TSS) will be extended till June next year for NDIS participants in Queensland. The Taxi Subsidy Scheme (TSS) will continue to provide a co-contribution towards taxi travel for people living with disability who cannot access other forms of subsidised public transport.

The continuation of this scheme will ensure people with disability have continued access to day to day activities and their social networks. This extension is great news as it relieves uncertainty surrounding the high cost of transport as we move towards a better long-term outcome which benefits all Queenslanders.
