We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our dynamic Brisbane South / South-West team. This full-time role (38 hours per week) presents an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to improve service delivery in an established region while building new service offerings. About you

Multicap is one of the leading providers of supported independent living (SIL) services in qld and northern nsw. With a significant number of SIL services from Mackay to Ballina and west to emerald, there is now a need for a dynamic person with an attention to detail, commercial acumen, the ability to influence and manage stakeholders, project management and Microsoft office skills to succeed in a role that has aspects of business analysis, finance and quantitative and qualitative data integration.

The NDIS is a maturing scheme and as such there is still a need to refine and improve the process while responding to change. The role will work across the whole business with sections of the quote being completed by varied roles within the business.  Your new role you will be:

  • the subject matter expert, mentor, project manager and business analysist of matters that relate to the completion of Supported Independent Living (SIL) quotes for submission to the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).
  • taking a lead in the scheduling and preparation of SIL quotes: incl. content, supporting evidence and the financial calculation in line with the NDIS SIL Quoting Process.
  • taking significant liaison with support services in the compilation of the quotes and providing reporting and analysis to the General Manager Support Service group.
  • having sound and up-to-date knowledge of understanding the status of operational competence and compliance, and facilitate group problem solving while managing the implementation of, or directly implementing agreed action will be key to success in this role.
  • Refine and increase efficiencies in relation to SIL quotes.
  • Maintain a system to track and improve alignment between quotes and actual service delivery.

 What you bring

With the introduction of the NDIS Multicap is focussed on ensuring that the developing commercial engagement with our customers does not impact our high quality disability services. The Multicap NDIS Officer role is maturing as the scheme stabilises and Multicap systems automate what will become everyday business practice. While these business practices mature Multicap is seeking skilled, dynamic, commercially minded, individuals to execute developing business practice while playing  a part in refining them. The skills a person has that will lead to success in the role include business acumen, contract management, project management, stakeholder management, commercial acumen, attention to detail, process and task oriented.

The role will work alongside service delivery management to ensure that the contractual relationship with the customer, whether direct or through the NDIA, is sound. This will empower service delivery to deliver on the customer request, delivering customer satisfaction, outcomes and ensuring the life of the person with a disability is enhanced through our supports. The NDIS Officer role will then engage again to ensure that the service delivered is captured and presented in a way that ensures payment to Multicap.

The role is a great opportunity for a commercially minded individual who is ready to apply their skills in an environment where success in the role results in direct tangible outcomes for a person with a disability. The successful person does not require any experience in the disability sector although an empathy and understanding of the sector is desirable. Skills in Microsoft Office are critical.

In your new role you will:

  • Manage and coordinate customers current and up to date Service Agreements and Schedules of Support to meet NDIA and NDIS legislative standards and compliance requirements as well as Multicap’s policy and procedures.
  •  Supported Independent Living (SIL) Quotes are processed in a more consistent and timely manner to meet NDIA and NDIS compliance requirements as well as Multicap’s policy and procedures are met.
  •  Maintain NDIS portal claiming compliance and documentation ensuring accurate and timely completion of invoices to NDIS customers and Plan Managers for services rendered for a fee to clients. 
  • Recognise the issues associated with NDIS claiming process and implement resolution strategies to mitigate financial risk to Multicap. 
  • Accurate record keeping, data analysis and producing periodic reports on service cost versus contract revenue ratio. 
  • Ensure that person centred plans and schedules of support meet the needs of the NDIA planning process. 
  • Coordinate the development of quotes for the NDIA and the provision of evidence to the NDIA that customer support has been provided. 
  • Work with wider organizational teams to develop and refine relevant policies and procedures.

What you bring

ICT Support Officer

ICT Support Officer 

We are seeking a customer-focused and responsive ICT Support Officer to join our team.

This full-time position is responsible for the support and maintenance of Multicap ICT Applications and Infrastructure. Reporting to the ICT Support Supervisor, the ICT Support Officer will work as part of the ICT Support Team and provide clear and effective communication to Multicap End Users. 

Your new role will include:

  • Prioritising, managing, and responding to customer requests as they come into the system
  • Triaging and escalating where required
  • Provide Service Desk Support functions to end users either face to face or over the phone
  • Maintain an asset register for the tracking of Multicap ICT assets
  • Raising Purchase Order Requests for the Procurements of ICT hardware
  • Perform periodic audits of Multicap ICT asset register
  • Maintain technical knowledge in applications supported by ICT
  • Support the delivery of applications training to end users
  • Identify and develop a network of Application Champions

Your new role:
We are currently seeking an Administration Officer to be responsible for a range of duties and administrative tasks associated with the smooth running of Multicap's Disability Services. Reporting to the region's Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry activities to ensure service compliance and reporting requirements are adhered to.
  • Enhancement of customer experience through the provision of helpful and timely responses to general enquiries, customer/family requests and other reception activities.
  • Monitor and maintain the physical environment of the office and meeting rooms.
  • Distribute the staff casual list and ensure on-call data is collected, collated and distributed.
  • Complete data entry of WH&S forms and provide reports to the Risk Advisor on a monthly basis.
  • Provide reception cover as required.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Service Leader to support the delivery of Multicap disability services across the Bli Bli and Maroochydore region. This role will involve overseeing our Supported Independent Living Accommodation Services including hands-on support.

Your new role

The purpose of this position is to facilitate and lead a team of Disability Support Workers, to achieve agreed quality and service outcomes, aimed at supporting and assisting persons with a disability in their living and community environment. The Service Leader will ensure service delivery is reflective of customer need, and aligned to outcomes for the individual and the organisation. Primary duties will also include:

  • Managing the day to day operations of the site, including administrative tasks
  • Development and coordination of person centred plans
  • Consulting with other Specialist Multicap staff on positive behaviour support plans
  • Providing leadership, guidance and supports to all Support Staff, by creating a team culture which thrives on communication, collaboration, continuous improvement, training and skill development
  • Promoting positive family and community relationships
  • Provide support to the Service Manager for the region
  • Provide hands-on support to customers, including who are on the spectrum 
  • Ensuring the service is managed in alignment to Multicap's vision, strategic priorities, and legislative requirements

What you bring

  • Demonstrated, advanced skills in assisting customers/clients who have a disability, particularly those with complex support needs

You will be supporting customers with complex support needs including dual diagnosis/mental health.
