Your new role

About the opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Rostering Officer to support our busy Rostering Team based at Redlands.

Your new role

This highly independent full-time rostering role will play a key role in the coordination of staffing rosters in conjunction with the Senior Rostering officer.

You will be required to develop and implement rosters to ensure successful and timely delivery of staff schedules. You will work within the Rostering team, working closely with the People and Culture and Operations Teams.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Constructing schedules and roster staff in Multicap's electronic rostering system (Riteq) in accordance with customer needs
  • Adding employees to the rostering system and maintaining data integrity of the rostering system across services
  • Managing staff leave through Riteq system and ensure replacement staff are in place to cover leave/shortages
  • In consultation with Service Leaders, oversee the buddying of new staff into services with experience staff to ensure appropriate induction
  • Coordinate correct processing of staff shifts to meet EBA requirements and payroll deadlines
  • Assist in the maintenance of staff alerts, ensuring mandatory skills and qualifications are current before they are allocated shifts

This role will require a high level of autonomy, attention to detail and the ability to encourage interaction and discussion with a variety of internal stakeholders.

About the role


Multicap is seeking an experienced and results-driven in home Aged Care Program Manager who will develop and implement Multicap's first home care program for the Brisbane Aged Care Community. The role will be about developing, coordinating and leading the new home care program, with a strong emphasis on program development initially.

Key responsibilities
• Develop, coordinate, and lead the Aged Care Program
• Develop and monitor quality frameworks for program

• Tertiary qualifications in the disability or aged care fields and / or

Multicap are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to play a pivotal strategic role in the growth of the business by assisting management to build the marketing direction for the organisation in accordance with key business planning capabilities, to be based in our head office in Brisbane's Eight Mile Plains.

Your new role

This role will be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of effective proactive marketing, communication and media strategies to build strong community awareness of our brand and the services we offer. The role will focus on the execution of a wide variety of marketing campaigns, underpinning the successful delivery of advertising, digital marketing, local marketing support across Multicap and its' linked brands. The focus is on driving customer enquiries whilst ensuring the company brand is clearly communicated.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Planning, developing, executing, monitoring, progressing and evaluating the performance of a broad range of marketing campaigns for Multicap and linked brands
  • Managing the production of Marketing collateral from the development through to the sign off including but not limited to: The Annual Report, brochures, newsletters, videos, animations, infographics, whitepapers and compelling case studies and copy on how Multicap is achieving positive outcomes for people with disability.
  • Promoting Multicap through the proactive development and implementation of effective marketing communication, media and public relations strategies to ensure effective pathways for people accessing services and support and to raise awareness of Multicap
  • Building and maintaining relationship with internal and external stakeholders to optimise positive community engagement
  • Work with people with disability and their families in a sensitive and respectful manager to develop positive, proactive media stories, case studies and social media content
  • Manage, coach and provide support to the marketing team and any direct reports

This role will require a high level of autonomy, attention to detail and the ability to encourage interaction and discussion with a variety of internal stakeholders.

What you bring

To be considered for the position, you will ideally have a positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a high functioning team and be able to work flexibly on a range of projects across marketing, media relations and communication, including:

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or communication (or experience equivalent to)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a marketing or communications team leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated experience in proactively using social media and networking tools to support traditional marketing and communication methods
  • Demonstrated experience in developing a wide range of communication materials targeted to a range of audiences and for diverse channels including print, radio, TV, online and face-to-face
  • Well-developed oral, written and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team within the ethos and values of Multicap and independently; make decisions, solve problems, establish work priorities and meeting deadlines in line with the organisational goals and requirements

To be considered for the position, you will have experience in Business Development with communities and customers. You will also demonstrate:

  • Experience in business development and/or sales, (within human services environment desirable) 
  • Experience with development and executing direct sales and business development strategies
  • Prior experience interpreting market research in regards to competitor analysis, market performance, pricing and promotional activating and using this data to develop business development strategies
